We worked with him on buying a house and we are so impressed by his responsiveness, kindness, explaining skills that we hope he will continue to be in our lives even though our business with him is complete. Honest, human, tireless, and just a really great person. He didn’t want us to stop till we were satisfied with the home we got—and that took a while! Eric understood this was a big decision and was patient and kind all the way through. Also he’s fun and you want him at your BBQ.
Eric was the perfect Realtor. It was my first time even talking through the process with a professional and he made it so easy, walked me through all the steps of the process and showed me some beautiful homes. He even helped with multiple aspects of the financing process and while we ultimately chose to wait a bit more Eric was incredible throughout the whole experience. I know that when I am ready he will be my first call!
Eric has been very fun to work with. We loved his communication style - to the point, very casual but professional. He communicated very well, kept in touch and checked in on us regularly - just the right amount without being annoying. Important to mention that we worked with two agents for two different areas and we can say without a doubt that we would stick with Eric if we had to sell or buy again.
