As a first time patient! I was extremely satisfied with the outcome. Everyone is so nice there! It's like you've known them for years. The staff makes you feel welcome. I went in for a vasectomy on Friday. And I was freaked out! And the front desk lady came out and spoke to me and my fiance. And she reassured me, that everything will be fine. Dr Ruby is an amazing person. A very Kind and Professional Doctor who took care of me Operated on me . He has excellent communication skills , bed Side Manners and very competent. His staff was also very professional and gracious. Highly recommend him to our community.

I was sent to Dr. Ruby’s office by my primary physician. I was diagnosed with multiple stones in both kidneys and a partially lodged stone as well. As of this point I still haven’t any even seen a doctor from that office yet. I have been postponed 3 times. I had an appointment yesterday and it snowed so I called to confirm and the office had a message stating that they where closed but the dates they used for for 3 days earlier. I saw Dr Ruby for Peyronie's treatment. The office applied for a grant and told me it would cover ALL costs for me. They began billing me for the treatment and still are billing me. The treatment for Peyronie's did not work. It had no affect on the curvature. I wish I had avoided the treatment and expense I was told would be covered by the grant. I do not recommend this medical practice.
