I can’t thank my attorney Mr. Dowdle enough. I was wrongly given charges that could have affected my future. He fought for me, believed in my case, and delivered real results — one charge dismissed and the other reduced to a non-traffic offense. He stayed in contact, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood my options. I hired Eric to help a family member who made a stupid mistake but was willing to be accountable for their actions. I recall one of my first discussions with Eric, where he said something to the effect of, "The justice system is not designed to rehabilitate people, it is designed to destroy lives." Eric took on the case for a fixed fee, never once requesting more money even though the case dragged out over far more delays and court appearances than were expected. I hired Eric in 2017. He was paid 3,000 dollars. He said we were going to trial. 5 months and 3 weeks, he came to see me in jail. He told me I was going to have to plead guilty to a disoderly conduct. I stated, I won't lie. He told me if I didn't he would withdraw as my attorney and keep my 3,000 dollars. I had no choice. I received 1 1/2 years for a disorderly conduct. He is a complete scumbag. Someone should report him to the Pennsylvania Displinary board in Thooper, Pa!
