Total disorganization! I had to wait 1 1/2 hours for my pre-op appointment because their med assistant had quit and they had no paperwork ready for me. Then, I was asked to provide EKG and blood work which I did. I called and asked several times am I good to go? Do they need anything else? And they said no I was good to go... 36 hrs prior to surgery they call and say they need me get an Echo Cardiogram. I got lucky and was able to get one at 7am the next morning.
