Dr. Olafsson is easy to work with, listens to my concerns and always has a great series of options
Always in a rush. Slow down and spend time with your patients, and explain in more detail about their condition and care. Your bio says "I firmly believe in involving patients and their families in the health care decision making process." Then why don't you spend time educating patients so they do become involved in there health care decisions. You spend 10 minutes in the room and write in your notes 45 minutes. You charge $520 for an office visit. You are not part of the solution, you are the problem.
Dr. Olafsson was very likable as well as helpful and forthcoming with his expertise during my stay at Froedtert for a collapsed lung. He was also adequately thorough in the following month making sure my recovery was progressing.
My experience with Dr. Olafsson was absolutely terrible. My mother was his patient and quite frankly just a number to him. He was untrustworthy and I would warn anyone against wasting time or money in his direction.
