I hope this guy rots in hell for what he did to my cousins bottom Denchers, he made them too big then after she spent the THOUSANDS of dollars proceeded to tell her there’s nothing he could do. Typical Allentown trash, there’s a gentleman by the name of Dr.Krohl in doylestown who I’d much rather recommend. As a matter of fact I’d prefer a witch doctor from Africa helped me with my dental needs, terrible at his job and even more terrible of a human.
I moved away from the Lehigh Valley and had to switch dentists but quickly realized that no other practice could compete with the care they provide here. Everyone in the office is WONDERFUL - from Debbie at the front desk to the hygienists and Dr. Marsh himself. I drive almost an hour each way to see them and have no regrets!
My experience with Debbie at the front desk at this office has been the worst experience I’ve ever had. First she complained about not getting my transferred records then when she did get them she complained the dentist had to open them. Okay so not sure what I can do. She was supposed to call me with an estimate. Two weeks no call. I call in at that time and THEN she calls to get the estimate. I made an appt in the mean time.
