Eric Loch Jewelers did an excellent job with my family heirloom engagement ring and wedding band! They resized them, replaced a missing diamond and reinforced the setting. The opal in another ring and fallen out and they also replaced and secured that. I was so pleased with the outcome! Meghan took great care in taking care of these special pieces for me and the jeweler made it possible for me to wear these special pieces again. I will definitely use them again for any future purchases or repairs!
I couldn’t ask for more from this jewelry store. Everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and personable. They go out of their way to make you feel seen and valued, not just like another customer. The team is truly awesome, and their customer service made for a great experience!
