Absolutely great during his initial presentation, and always responsive via email, but I never saw the doctor after that. He made me unnecessarily worried about certain results, without sharing they can vary wildly month to month. I felt his treatment plan was to get me to do more treatments, not to maximize the results from one treatment— essentially to pay for multiple treatments. Went to NYU after and they completely changed the treatment plan and were far more successful.
