My experience with Dr. ERIC FORMAN was incredibly UNPROFESSIONAL and felt more like a cash grab than actual patient care. We paid $475 for a one-hour initial consultation. Dr. Forman arrived nearly 30 MINUTES LATE yet ended the session exactly on the hour. Because of his tardiness, our "one-hour" session was CUT DOWN to ONLY 30 minutes.
