Our visit with the Doctor was exceptional! I took my whole family in one go, and the doctor took care of all of them individually. The doctor took his time, didn't rush, and made great recommendations. We appreciate his knowledge, experience, and care. HOWEVER, his secretary is very unprofessional. Today 02/20/23, I called the office to replace a pair of my glasses that broke. I could even consider paying them out of pocket. She seemed uneased when she picked up the call. I've been going to him for many years. He's nice & very knowledgeable. He listens to all eye problems & works on correcting it. Office staff friendly & helpful. Great eye doctor.
I might consider a recommendation because his location is convenient and he accepts my insurance
I have known Dr. Bloom for nearly 20 years, I have severe eye problems, and need an above average amount of attention from my optometrist. I get that from Dr. Bloom and his staff. It is important when you have as reduced vision as I have, that every bit of it is enhanced as much as possible, and they take the time to ensure that.
