Dr. Hick is great! He is knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and has kind eyes. He was very thorough discussing and explaining my up-coming procedure. I felt very comfortable, confident, and relieved after his explanation. The office is very welcoming and relaxing. The staff: Mel, Trinity, and Shelly are amazing! I'm so happy to be his patient.
When he walked in the room he was arrogant and rude. He asked where I had the surgery for the issue I was having and I told him. He proceeded to then ask me why am I here then in a condescending tone. He gave me no information that I couldn’t have found on google. I will never recommend him to anyone ever!
