I went here for an hour massage. He had me doing squats and talked most of the time, total massage lasted maybe 15 minutes? Definitely would seek another LMT if you need a massage.
Eric has been a real lifesaver for myself and my wife - he has made accommodations for fast appointments when she was in pain, and has given me exercises and stretches to help deal with root-problems that cause pain in my legs, hips, shoulders and arms. He is also very kind and down to earth - very easy to talk with about what’s going on and to feel comfortable with as he works.
Eric does an excellent job of education to help his clients help them selves. Wonderful experience and recommend his services!

I’ve been going to Eric for several months and I would recommend him over any other in the valley! His services and knowledge transcend a basic massage and emphasize holistic health and fitness.
