I did not have a positive experience when I was represented my Eric Hamilton. He was not prepared at all in court and was not familiar with my case. I was charged 4000 for 1 court appearance and 1 trial. I gave him a lot of evidence that was not presented at all and it would have made a difference in the outcome. Eric is a champion for single fathers. I had been fighting for 50/50 for 4 years, other lawyers I had consulted essentially said I was S.O.L. for another year until I could file another RFO. I was facing my 3rd strike when I found out a smoke shop was giving drugs to underage minors. I decided to take matters into my own hands.
