When it takes weeks to get an appointment, I knew Dr. Hames would be pretty good. From my appointment scheduling, checking in, visiting with the nurse, and meeting Dr. Hames, I was thoroughly impressed w/the entire office staff. Dr. Hames literally sat and listened to all my issues; his feedback and follow-up was spot on. Decided to make him my primary moving forward.
