Absolutely awful front desk service. I’ve called three times was switched to medical records. No one picked up then I was switched again and I got nowhere. I’ve complained numerous times regarding this and nothing has been done.
UPDATE… once again I had a great appointment with Dr.Thall., the staff is courteous and friendly as they have always been on my previous appointments, Dr Thall is a wonderful doctor and I’m blessed that I am under his care . !!!!
