My experience with Dr. Cohen at City of Hope was deeply disappointing. He came across as rude, disinterested, and completely lacking in empathy. This place has changed so much since they were CTCA. They no longer put their patients needs first. What used to be a wonderful facility has turned to greed and causing patients inconvenience! Its all about $$$ What a shame that they have become so bad Do better!

On that topic.... City of Hope won't accept the food vouchers from Cancer Center of America! I mean come on, how cheap are you becoming? The employees need to remember they are there BECAUSE ... read more
