Dr Gwynn provided excellent care to me when I finally saw him. Big problem was time between my arrival and the time I saw Dr. Gwynn. Arrived 15 min. before appointment and was taken to exam room 5 min. before appointment time. Was told Dr. would see me shortly. After 50 min. with no contact with anyone found a nurse who then informed me Dr. Gwynn was running late but would be with me within 5 min. Waited another 15 min. before I finally saw hm. At 71 years old, I’ve seen a good number of medical professionals. One determination I’ve acquired is, if a doctor, nurse, technician, surgeon, or whatever is very good, you can clearly see it in the staff that surrounds them. If the exude confidence and respect for the “team leader”, it is usually earned. They work with this person every day. They see the results. They see behind the scenes.
