Worst experience ever this company does not communicate well with anyone you have to follow up regularly to make sure anything is getting done and if you have a hardship, they do not process in a timely manner to make sure everything is ok - the delays they put you through are pretty bad- Do not recommend using principal - Fidelity is WAY better.
