Used Eric on a couple jobs and he did a reasonable job. Offered Eric opportunity for another job he said he was interested. I paid him a deposit, he said he needed help for legal issues. He did not show to do job as agreed and refuses to return calls or to repay me for services not rendered.
Update 5/22/2023 The contractor just posted his response below. And he LIED again. He called the victim of his cheating a very rude person. He was the first one I hired. I took none of his tools. Just do yourself a big favor! Don't ever hire this guy unless you have no other place to waste your money. Posted June, 2022 I hired him to do some ceiling and wall popcorn texture removal job in my house last week. We negotiated the price and signed contractual agreement on the paper. I hired him to do some ceiling and wall popcorn texture removal job in my house last week. We negotiated the price and signed contractual agreement on the paper. He took me to the Home Depot and bought a lot of supplies in the morning. Then, he asked for $500 as down payment and he wanted in Cash. I gave him the down payment. He started with preparation and made minimal progress on the walls. Then he left. The second day, he came back to my house for more money to buy tools. I did not agree.
