I am a homeowner selling my property. Eric had a showing at 9 AM at my house. I told him I was going to work at 7:30am, but I would turn on all the lights for him, Eric said that he would “lock the house” after the showing. I assumed he would turn off all the lights. Upon returning home 30 hours later, every light in the house is on. I reach out to Eric and he says he only said he would lock the house, not turn off the lights!
