I initially had another agent that I almost went with but I cold called Eric no recommendations. I have bought and sold houses over the years and can honestly say Eric is the best I have EVER had. Any question or concern was answered literally within 5 minutes if that by text and if I did call he always picked up. He had my house sold in less than three weeks and gave me excellent advice on certain aspects of selling. Unfortunately, I am moving out of Quebec otherwise he would be my realtor for life!
