Got the deal done, painless. The house we purchased my wife and I both liked the location and wanted. Eric went to work, made the offer and worked for us to get a good price. Eric followed through with questions we had and got back to us timely. We asked for a video of the home as we lived 900+ miles away from Myrtle Beach.
