Eric is the Best
Eric was a very energetic and extremely helpful in our move from the northeast down to the Mytle Beach area. He answered any questions he could or used his resources to get us quick answers. He got us showings with short notice. He helped make the move smooth and seamless. I highly recommend him to help anyone moving into the area.
Always Answers Phone/Texts. I lived in NJ when Eric helped us with EVERY aspect of our property purchase. From specific questions about the property and SC, to helping us make an offer on our purchase that was accepted and saved us literally thousand$ of dollars! He answered all calls and texts and was more patient with us than I could've hope for. Even after our purchase and before we actually got there, Eric looked in on our home after hurricane Debby had hit. It doesn't get better than that. Thank you, Eric!
