I like this doctor but his phone options don't work! He can't be reached. Only elevator music on all option choices! They haven't fixed this problem with their call center for months. How can you run a practice like this?
Been trying to get certain procedures done and they never call back, they've called me twice now to reschedule because the doctor keeps going out of office and I have to wait months for the next appointment. This is probably the worst doctor's office I've been to in terms of scheduling and care.
I would highly recommend Dr.Floranda! Needed to come for some medical clearance and even though his schedule was packed, he was so helpful in getting me my appointments before my surgery. He was professional, kind and most importantly, listened to my needs and addressed them appropriately.
