I was deeply disappointed in his inability to think outside the box. I had never used him and went to him on a Realtor‘s recommendation. He repeatedly stated that he could not let me sign the contract. Last I checked, his job was simply to provide an opinion and not to dictate what the client can or cannot do. In my opinion , he’s a real estate attorney that simply knows how to handle very straightforward simple transactions.
