We weren’t looking to buy a home but met Eric at an open house and turns out we loved the house and loved him. He made everything simple and we feel we got a good deal. His personality is fun to be around and he’s so professional. We’ve referred him to everyone who we meet that wants to move out to the desert. He will find you what you want. Eric Felty sold a home for us in La Quinta. I’ve never known anyone to work as much and as diligent as he did. Holding open houses all different times, and several days a week. Catching more people to see the home. Eric also represented us in purchasing our current home. Again, always being available when the occasion arose, to see prospective homes. Eric was wonderful. Our house wasn't selling and we dropped our price twice. He came in and advised us what to do. He marked it back up and we ended up getting more than the first original price. Needless to say we wish we would have used him first. Great realtor!!!
