I should never have had his cervical spine surgery in 2020. It was a colossal failure. It has cost me much pain to this day.
I had surgery on my back with Dr. Elowitz at Beth Israel in 2000. EXCELLENT Dr & the nicest person
They don’t come any better. He operated on my Dad who is now 90, for spinal stenosis and made him all better. The morning of the surgery Dad could not handle a fork or knife. Post surgery ( same afternoon) he had completely regained that ability and could also walk with ease. Dr. Elowitz also is an exceptional Calm , kind and considerate human being.
Dr. Eric Elowitz is an execellent neurosurgeon and a very compassionate Doctor. Dr Elowitz performed my brain surgery at Beth Isreal in NYC in the early 2001 and saved my life. I cannot thank him & his staff enough. I have and will always recommend people to Dr Elowitz's care any & all day long for their neurological problems.
