I use to think all insurance agency's were created equally until I happened across this State Farm office. The people here treated me with respect, being as though I do have a few "dings" on my driving record. I'm especially appreciative of Marcie, she is SOOOO easy to talk to and makes the entire experience feel like I'm just talking to a friend and not an insurance agenct trying to sell me something. I would recommend this office to everyone!
Very satisfied with Eric Douglas' staff. When I have questions or concerns, I usually ask to speak with Amanda. She is pleasant and knowledgeable.
Marcie was extremely helpful in setting me back up with my home policy, finding and explaining discounts (adding auto, etc.). She did all that she said she would do, allowing me to be in and out of the office. She went above and beyond by insisting I my money back from the other insurance company.. I was extremely pleased!
I usually do not write reviews, however I felt compelled to do so after my experience with one of Mr. Douglas team members. Marcie walked me through what I thought would be a daunting experience. She took a great deal of time to ensure I made informed decisions. Her tone was very engaging as well as her knowledge.
