Today would have been my 3rd appointment with Dr.DeRoo,but after arriving 3 minutes before my appointment and taking the wrong elevators and finally making up to the office at 8:56am. I was told he will not see me cause I’m late and he has a surgery scheduled later today. My appointment was at 8:50am. I drove from Raytown,Mo to see him and this appointment took me almost 2 months to get in the first place.
