I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the treatment and experience I received at your clinic on May 14, 2025, for an assessment and treatment of a cracked molar. Upon arrival, I was seen by a dentist who, within the first five minutes, recommended extracting my molar without thoroughly assessing the tooth.
