She is one of the most pleasant, helpful, and informative insurance staff members I ever remember talking to. Suggestion to Eric: Give Donna a raise and lots of praise if you want to keep this caliber of a member on your staff. I have insurance with Eric for a while now. Wonderful people. I work mostly with Todd Turner there. He is always fast to respond to any questions that I have or anything that our family needs. Helps walk me through all options and gives honest feedback. Donna is extremely helpful as well. All around great people to work with.
