I treat every patient as an individual, even if they have the same diagnosis knowing what may work for one patient may not work for another. I perform EMG/NCS, Injection procedures, ultrasound guided injections, Physical therapy & Massage therapy. I have a friendly knowledgeable staff that is there to help

I had a knee replacement in January and have been going to Dr Shapiro's rehab center for physical therapy in West Islip. I live in Bohemia and made a choice to go there based on recommendations I heard from others. I have received excellent care from his facility. In our initial interview I felt that Dr Shapiro was genuinely interested in me and in giving me the best possible care. The 3 physical therapists he has are all excellent , knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. Thumbs up to them!
I was in a car accident many years ago and have two herniated disks along with other issues from that accident. They sent me to a chiropractic for my injuries and only to find I really didn't have my relief. I was told to see Dr. Shapiro and between him and his team got me back on my feet again. Best experience ever for relief. This Dr. is the real deal. You would be foolish not to see him.
