From my pre-op visit through my post-op follow up, Dr Whitman made me feel at ease. Not only was he, and the entire staff, consummate professionals, their empathy was real and made me feel that I was in the best of hands. Thank you Dr Whitman and your entire team!
My brother was operated on him. That evening he died and was saved by CPR. My brother is still in the Morristown Medical. Dr Whitman gousted us. No explanation on why tnhus happened.
I have called three times over the past 7 days to try and schedule an appointment. I've repeated all the requested information each time (personal information, referring dr, medical insurance, etc.), but no one has called me back to schedule an appt. Very frustrating and unprofessional! Dr. Whitman may be wonderful, but I'll probably never know. Scheduling department needs some serious overhauling!!!
The doctor is excellent - patient, very explict in describing condition and operation - however nearly a 2 hour wait with no word was unprofessional - the tech apologized and again the doctor is great! Another note - get your parking ticket validated before you go in since the office staff had all left.
