Most of my family came to Dr. Smith for primary care. Although I knew him for more than a dozen years, I finally made the switch myself and am glad I did. Dr. Smith is very knowledgeable, and answered all the questions that I had. He also took the time to explain the diagnosis. I should've switched to him a long time ago.
My Husband and I have been going to Dr. Smith since he started practicing in Scranton, now in ClarksSummit. He is the best Dr. We have ever gone to, He listens to every word we say, very competent and very understanding.
I switched doctors about 6 months ago. This is a very thorough doctor. He definitely knows what he is doing. Very professional, very intelligent, treats patients very well. I know I'm in good hands. Also same for the staff. Professional, courteous, very helpful and treat patients with respect.
When I switched to state insurance, I didn’t even get past the receptionist desk at Dr. Smith ’s office. I was denied care right there, never getting a chance to see the doctor again. It’s clear he’s more interested in money from insurance companies and drug companies than in helping his patients. His practice seems more focused on selling drugs than actually treating people.
