The front office staff needs improvement. I was told my daughter did not have a copay because they “didn’t ask for one.” When I returned the next day insisting on a receipt, I was then told, “Why do you need one?” My daughter insisted. Then she was told, “Oh! You it didn’t go through. You have to call your insurance company now.” Actually, we need to speak to their billing department and our insurance company.
