I had a mis-diagnosed sinus infection that required me to return twice to get treatment (and also incurring a second nasal endoscopy charge of $766.00). Months later, I also had a sleep study done, which required me to follow up multiple times, and after getting a voicemail from Dr. Cohen, had to make a second appointment to get needed details. Exactly how an ENT experience should be. I had a septoplasty with Dr Cohen, who has 30+ years of experience, and it shows. Great bedside manner to smooth, efficient office visits, every step was straightforward. The surgery itself was quick, the recovery was excellent, and I always felt I was in capable hands. Highly recommend.
