An absolute pleasure to deal with, especially colleen she has kept us fully updated on the progress of my late mothers estate, very professional and treated with respect I highly recommend using them, Danny was exceptionally very polite no delays came around and took pictures at my mums property and within a few days was up on the market kept us informed throughout the process very professional and a pleasure to do business with them very impressed. ☆☆☆☆ Misleading and Unprofessional Advice I had a very disappointing experience with this letting agency. I was told — incorrectly — that I am required by law to add my partner to the tenancy agreement, simply because she is over 18. That is not true. There is no legal obligation to put every adult living in a property on the tenancy agreement — it is a matter of policy, not law. Almost two months into a tenancy agreement and they still have not replaced an oven which was advertised with the property despite being made aware of the situation. The property came with a washing machine that didn't work, presumably there for false advertisement purposes as well despite being expressly told by the estate agent that it worked.
