My mother has been in the care of Dr. Cheung for kidney disease and out of all of her physicians Dr. Cheung is the most compassionate and caring. He is attentive and extremely knowledgeable and supportive. I would recommend Dr. Cheung to anyone who is in need of a nephrologist.
I have been attempting to make an appointment with Dr. Cheung‘s office now for over a month. His staff has repeatedly told me, contrary to my referring doctor’s staff, that no referral has been received by them despite the multiple assurances I have received from my referring physician. I have confirmed on at least four occasions that conversations have taken place to provide Dr. Chung with specific information requested by Dr. Cheung, yet Dr. Cheung’s staff denies that those conversations have taken place.
