We were quoted a job price and when my wife picked up the vehicle, there were unexplained costs added. Called to find out what was going on. This wasn't what was quoted and which I had repeated back to the individual at the time of booking. Got attitude from him and called him on it. No body likes surprises. Could have better customer skills. Item did works as should. So gave an extra star.

My first experience with this dealer's service department. All went very well. All three of my issues with my Ranger were addressed and explained by Carol (a very pleasant and informative voice on the phone) before I retrieved my truck. In and out the same day. I will continue to rely on them for future service.
Service department is poor at best, any time I have called to book my vehicle in for service it takes 3 or more attempts before anyone answers the phone in service. Last service I received was $50 more than the exact same service I received from another Ford Dealership. Needless to say I will not be returning.
