An agent came out to our home to access the roof for insurance purposes. He turned in a report and said our roof was missing shingles and had curling shingles. Our roof in not missing shingles and does not have curled shingles. I called to speak to an agent. A Donna S. Jackson returned my call. I told her about the roof and she started telling me about hers and how much it was going to cost to replace it.
