I have been working with Courtney on converting my home insurance from rental type insurance to actual homeowners' insurance and obtaining vehicle insurance. All the interactions email and telephonic have been great. Informative, professional, and friendly. Have always received the information and answers I needed from her. It has been great working with her.

Do not use this office if you expect to be able to speak someone about anything. I have never spoken to a person when I've called, only a recording that promises a return call within a day, which does not necessarily happen either. I once stood at the reception desk for 10 minutes and nobody came out to check. I could hear people in the offices and called out "Hello" several times but was never answered.
