My husband and I became patients of Dr. South the first part of this year. We needed a different doctor due to changes in our insurance. Dr. South and his staff have treated us with respect and professionalism. Upon our first visit, we were greeted by Keke, one of the receptionists, who made us feel welcomed and a part of the family. Keke, like all the wonderful staff, demonstrate a high level of medical integrity and compassion. Thank you, Sherry Suggs.
I was anxious about seeing a new provider, but the experience here was wonderful from start to finish. The office staff members were all very kind and welcoming, which helped put me at ease immediately. Dr. South is amazing, he is incredibly knowledgeable, relatable, and easy to talk to. Most importantly, I truly felt listened to. He took the time to address my concerns without making me feel rushed. Highly recommend!
I have been a patient of Dr. South for over 10 years now and I do not regret the change I made to start seeing him. I love the warm and welcoming greetings that are received each time I go in for my visits from the receptionist Nakia Winn. She always has a smile and kind words for the patients before and after their visits!!!
I enjoy my visit and the front desk nurse is very helpful and respectful to my needs every time I come to my Dr appointments also keep me informed of all my appointments.
South Family Medicine makes you feel like family. For the first time in a long time I feel heard when it comes to my health and how I feel in my own body. It's always easy to make appointments or to get answers. At the front desk the ladies are nice but that Ms.Nakia I love her !! She treat your needs with urgency and I love that!! Never disrespectful or have an attitude adding to my great experience always. Moving from another state the experience is everything!!!. 5's Thank yooooooou!!
