It was a pleasure working with Eric to sell my home. Our situation was out of the ordinary. The path was somewhat convoluted with a VA loan assumption. Eric kept us informed and kept nudging the paper pushers throughout the sale making a difficult process as enjoyable as possible.
Eric was very helpful and knowledgeable. Supplied contacts to assist in clean up and junk removal. He even personally helped with clean up in getting property ready to be shown for sale. Kept me informed of everything needed every step of the way right up to closing. Will definately go to him again for any future real estate needs, transactions.
