Eric went above and beyond to assist in getting the perfect house for my family. He was organized and professional at all times. He was available for all inspections and contractors when we could not be there. We highly recommend Eric and his team!

We were house shopping from several states away and Eric was diligent about seeing listings for us, sending pictures and candid reviews, and giving us great advice during negotiations. Even after we bought our house, Eric stayed in touch and went above and beyond--when I mentioned to him that we had a couple of minor cosmetic issues come up a few months in, Eric came to our house, assessed the fixes, and fixed them himself. He is a Renaissance man and we were lucky to find him.
