Driving to Gold Coast from Canberra my daughter's car broke down on the Hume Highway just outside of Goulburn. Brilliant service from NRMA towed the car to Eric Brown Motors late on a Friday night. Early next day we went to the garage to find it closed....but to our surprise, like an angel, the (very handsome) Hamish appeared and said he'd take a look at the car.
