Worst insurance providers ever. The price was agreeable. But dealing with these people was the worst. To stop all the games that they could never explain. I paid 6 months of my car insurance up front, went to add a van to my insurance policy. They canceled my policy. For 8 days I was driving around with out insurance but they took payment for the full policy. The lady in the office tried to tell me I was covered for those 8 days. I’ve had the worst experience with this insurance company. When I signed up I was quoted and agreed to a specific monthly premium. However, the actual charge on my first bill was $20 higher than what I had explicitly signed for. I called customer service to resolve the discrepancy, but the representative I spoke with was extremely rude and unhelpful.
