If there were zero option here, I would give that. Does not listen and he’s not caring for his patients. .
I really love Dr. Betts. He is the first doctor that sets and actually listens to me. He gives me space to tell him what's been going on and any issues I might be having. It was unnerving at first because I'm used to mostly listening to the Dr. talk and answer questions but I didn't ever really feel like I got to truly explain how I had been feeling. Worst new patient appointment I have ever experienced. Cold, uncaring, condescending are words that come to mind.. We had used the adjacent Bee Well clinic and been very pleased, so after being hospitalized at Memoria, l thought we would change our primary care Dr. for continuity of care, huge mistake. When explaining how it feels when sugar levels drop or raise, was basically told there was probably something wrong with my meter and disregarded reality or the symptoms, which had caused a seizure and 4 day hospitalization, w... read more
