The receptionist at this place is extremely rude, my husband needed disability form filled out and I was sitting in the lobby for over and hour and was completely ignored by the Spanish speaking receptionist. Tried asking her a question and her response in a very nasty way was I’m on lunch cannot answer your question. The doctor is extremely nice but definitely needs better and educated staff and has empathy with others. Every time I come here with my husband I experience the same treatment.
Uneducated, disrespectful, unspeakably bad service in this system
Anyone else have really bad experiences here? Everytime I call the nurse is really rude over the phone. Talking over me getting loud etc over a simple question. Everytime I have an appointment the wait is forever. Very unprofessional staff sadly
