I don't know Dr. Ordinario but if he allows a office staff like the one he has to represent his practice es muy mal. I called 2 months ago to be sure the doc was in network which they assured me they are. I came in an hour early to make sure I filled all the paperwork. The office was to close at 5pm and my appointment was at 4pm... FULL WAITING ROOM. So they don't know how to make appointments. My husband went to this doctor, he was satisfied with the Dr Ordinario until his staff waited on is at his office. They are very very reude. Don't know how to talk to people and they woke their eyes at you if you question anything. The little girl who works the front desk is very unprofessional, she should be working at a hamburger place, this way when she hollers out your name it will be to pick up your food order and not telling everyone that's around your personal business. Called to ask a question, the lady that answered the phone was absolutely rude and had no phone etiquette. I also work at a doctors office and would never think to speak to my patients or anybody calling with a concern in that manor. My boyfriend that goes there also said the lady at the desk was rude, but liked the doctor and would recommend the DOCTOR, but the front office staff is very unfriendly.
