Rude staff. VA called their office and scheduled a visit on 2 different ocasions and the office even left us a reminder voice mail of the appts. and when we called to confirm they said we didn't have any appointments. Evident they don't like taking veterans and the Dr. Has no idea what his staff is doing.
I absolutely love Dr. Wingerson. He has excellent bedside manor, and has never made me feel rushed during an appointment, pre or post-OP. He takes the time to make sure you thoroughly understand you diagnosis, as well as your options. Very professional.
