I recently had a GI procedure done by this Dr Aug 4th, had a positive test result, and did not get medications. After multiple calls, messages to no avail, (told they are relaying the messages and waiting for Dr. Tiewela to respond), I finally sent a complaint to the hospital and got my medications sent to my pharmacy. Instructions weren't clear, had to wait another week for answers to come back. I don’t recommend at all. My daughter had a fever for two days straight and coughing. We went in to urgent care and were seen by a PA who dismissed her symptoms, only took an strep test, were told with no testing that she didn’t have Covid or influenza and were sent home. I took my daughter to a different urgent care out of state two days later and she was diagnosed with pneumonia. Don’t waste your time or insurance money there.
The Doctors are great! But unfortunately I can not say the same for their financial department. I paid a bill back in sept. of 2021 that was an over charge on their part. I have been dealing with both them and my insurance provider trying to clear this up. It's not been going on 10 months and I still have not received my refund. I call at least once a week and they always have some excuse from new computer system ( which it is about 18 months since they implemented it at least), to a new charge that they come up with that ... read more
Can’t even get checked in. I’ve been waiting 5 hours. I called to ask how long it took before I left home, I was told 2 hours. They bring one person back at a time, seems to take around an hour each person. I’m going to be waiting for 8 hours at this rate. I hope the treatment is worth the unreasonable wait. Giving 1 star for now, will return to update after treatment.
