High quality products and customer service!
Unprofessional management and leadership. A truly sad establishment with unethical business practices. Problems with equipment, shipping, and service. Cannot seem to get anyone from service to answer my calls. Failed systems. Worse than a used car dealership.
Loaded within an hour. People were very nice. BUT it is very tricky turning into the place due to 2 very big ditches on both sides of driveway (wish I had taken pictures). Very tight driveway and blindside backing.
I was loaded fast. However, I'll never go back. No room, blind ally back with flowers in the way. Absolutely ridiculous.
Zero stars. I went there to go pick up a load and they didn’t want to load me because they said the truck was unacceptable. And they just didn’t want to load me. The freight fit perfectly in my truck. But the guy was ver discriminating. And told me if something happens to the freight they will charge him. And I told him that I am fully insured. Shipping is very unprofessional. The supervisor in shipping used foul language towards me and was very disrespectful.
