I found my experience at ErgoSolutions EXTREMELY helpful. Arlene is very experienced and knowlegable! I came in with extreme sciatic pain, in which I resorted to having to take 800mg of motrin 3 times a day for weeks, along with ice' heat/lights stretches...After one visit, my sciatica pain went away completely! She identified the source of the pain, and "fixed it' in one painless visit! Wow what a speedy recovery from Ergo Solutions!!! Arlene is simply amazing at what she can do to get me back on me feet fast. Had knee surgery... and after hobbling around for about a week and working with her I could see the light to a fast recovery. I'm up and running strong now... Arlene knows her stuff and if you are looking to get back in action soon I strongly recommend you go see her.
